Job Overview:

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting human resources functions, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and processes. Your responsibilities will encompass various HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or in a similar HR role.
    • Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including the preparation of orientation materials and conducting induction sessions.
  • Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Assist in the resolution of workplace issues and conflicts.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Handle routine HR administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment legislation and update HR policies accordingly.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit-related documentation.
  • Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and provide information to employees regarding benefits.
  • Assist in the resolution of benefits-related issues.
  • Identify training needs and assist in the organization of training programs.
  • Coordinate employee development initiatives.
